The Scott brand has been created in 1958 in the USA by Ed Scott, a Sun Valley skier. Aluminium Poles is the first innovation of the brand.

In 2008, scott has been celebrating its 50 years. Times have changed and Scott has developed into a worldwide powerhouse in wintersports, motorsports and cycling.
But the vision has always remained the same from the humble beginnings 50 years ago in Ed Scott’s one man ski tuning business: innovation, technology, design. Push the envelope with advanced materials, be creative, and constantly try to improve products.
